Returns Policy

Online Returns Policy

We only accept returns for purchases made online through our website. Please read the following terms carefully to ensure your return is eligible.


Eligibility for Returns

Our return policy lasts 7 days from the date of delivery. Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges for items returned after this period.

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

Be unused and in the same condition as when you received it.

Be in its original packaging.

Non-returnable items include:

Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, newspapers, magazines).

Intimate or sanitary products, hazardous materials, and flammable liquids or gases.

Gift cards, downloadable software, and some health and personal care items.


Proof of Purchase

To process your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.


Partial Refunds

In some cases, only partial refunds will be granted:

Items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

Items returned more than 7 days after delivery.


Refund Process

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your refund:

Approved refunds will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original payment method within a few days.


Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

1. Check your bank account or contact your credit card company.

2. Reach out to your bank, as processing times may vary.

3. If you still haven’t received your refund, contact us at customer-service@arthur-morrice.com.


Sale Items

Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale items cannot be refunded unless they are damaged or incorrect.


Exchanges

We only replace defective or damaged items. If you need to exchange an item, email us at sw3@arthur-morrice.com and send your item to:

Gift Returns

If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the return value.

If the gift wasn’t marked as such, the refund will go to the gift giver.


Shipping

To return your product, send it to:

You are responsible for return shipping costs, which are non-refundable.

If the item value exceeds £75, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of the item.
