Your order confirmation
We'll email you an order confirmation, then email you again when your order is on its way. Please check your delivery address on the confirmation, and contact us straight away if it's wrong.
International orders
We deliver worldwide. Duties and import taxes aren't included in our prices or delivery charge, and you pay them on delivery. The amount depends on your country, so please check your local rules before ordering.
Damaged, missing or incorrect orders
Please contact us straight away if your order arrives damaged, is missing or isn't what you ordered. We're responsible for your order until it's delivered to you. See our Refund policy for returns and faulty items.
