2. These terms
These terms apply when you use this website or buy from it. Please read them before you order. They don't affect your legal rights as a consumer.
You can book an eye test through this website and pay for it in our shops. There's no charge for cancelling late or missing an appointment. These terms cover making the booking online. They don't cover the eye test itself.
3. Your order
We'll email you to confirm your order. Our contract with you starts when we send that email.
We may refuse or cancel an order if the item is unavailable, the price or description is wrong, we suspect fraud, or the order appears to be for resale. If we do, we'll tell you and refund what you've paid.
Prescription lenses can't currently be ordered through this website. Please visit one of our shops or call us.
4. Products
We try to show our products accurately, but colours can vary between screens. Please see each product's description for details.
5. Prices and payment
Prices for UK orders include VAT. Delivery is charged separately and shown at checkout.
We accept credit and debit cards, Shop Pay, Apple Pay and Google Pay. Payment is taken through Shopify's secure checkout.
If you pay in another currency, the amount is converted at checkout. Your bank may charge its own fees.
6. Delivery
Delivery costs and times are set out in our Shipping policy. We're responsible for your order until it's delivered to you.
For orders outside the UK, you're responsible for any duties and import taxes, and for following local import rules.
7. Returns and cancellations
You can return most items within 30 days. You also have a legal right to cancel most online orders within 14 days of receiving them. Our Refund policy explains both, along with the items we can't take back.
8. Faulty items and our guarantee
The goods you buy must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described. Our Refund policy explains your rights and our 12-month guarantee.
9. Our liability
We're responsible for loss or damage you suffer that's a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care and skill. We aren't responsible for loss or damage that isn't foreseeable.
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else the law doesn't allow us to limit.
We sell to consumers for personal use. We aren't responsible for business losses, such as loss of profit or business interruption.
10. Events outside our control
We aren't responsible for delays caused by events outside our reasonable control. If this happens, we'll tell you as soon as we can. If the delay is significant, you can cancel and we'll refund you for anything you haven't received.
